NAMI has New Workplace Giving Program

NAMI became a member of Community Health Charities on March 1, 2011. Community Health Charities Minnesota (CHCM) works to improve lives affected by chronic illness by investing in health research, services and education. CHCM works with employers to enhance their charitable activity, and provide employees with meaningful ways to connect with health charities they care about through workplace giving, volunteerism, and education.

NAMI was a member of Community Shares and is grateful for the many years of support. Community Shares championed NAMI by raising the awareness of mental illnesses in our community and providing financial support for our important programs.

To donate to NAMI Minnesota through Community Health Charities be sure to write in NAMI Minnesota (not just NAMI, unless you want your donation to go to the national organization). Also be sure to designate NAMI Minnesota when using United Way or other workplace giving programs.
