Parent Resource Groups help parents discover resources to meet the challenges of raising a child with a mental illness, learn coping skills and develop problem solving skills.
NAMI Connection and Open Door Groups offer support to individuals recovering from a mental illness.
Young Adult NAMI Connection peer-led support groups for ages 16-20 are starting to be offered.
Vet Connection Groups are being formed for returning vets to help cope with reintegration issues.
