NAMIWalks Committee Member
The NAMIWalks committee helps plan the Minnesota NAMIWalks. The NAMIWalks committee member contributes to the big picture planning. Each committee member is also expected to join and take an active role in one subcommittee: in-kind donations, food and beverage in-kind donations, or marketing.
Location: NAMI Minnesota Office (800 Transfer Road, Suite 31; St. Paul MN 55114)
Time Commitment: Six to Ten Hours per Month (March – October)

NAMIWalks Volunteer
At least 100 volunteers are needed during NAMIWalks. Volunteers assist with set up, clean up, registration, rest stops, and cheering. This is the largest anti-stigma event in Minnesota and the money raised helps fund NAMI Minnesota’s free support groups, education classes, and more.
Location: Minnehaha Park (4801 South Minnehaha Park Dr.; Minneapolis, MN 55417)
Time Commitment: Two to Six Hours on Saturday, September 22, 2012.
